Terms and Conditions

Camera Policy: Smartphones and cameras are welcome. Selfie sticks and tablets are prohibited on board. Professional cameras and lenses larger than 400mm are not allowed unless prior government approval is obtained.

Required documentation: An original passport or official identification document must be presented upon check-in 45 minutes before departure, including for children

Child Policy: Children aged two years and older are allowed on board. Seasonal promotions for children are periodically held.

Pregnant women: Pregnant women should only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy at their own risk.

Persons with limited mobility. Persons with reduced mobility or mobility issues may only fly if accompanied by an adult who is also purchasing their ticket and who takes full responsibility for transporting them to and from the helicopter. This includes walking/assisting in and out of the helicopter, getting them seated and comfortable.

Weather Conditions: All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. When visibility is below 5000 m, our helicopters are not allowed to fly.


Late arrivals: We strongly recommend that you check in at least 45 minutes before departure. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for late arrivals. In such circumstances, we have the right to send the flight as planned, unless we can reschedule the flight without affecting upcoming scheduled tours.”

Passenger Cancellation Policy

■Tours canceled more than 48 hours before departure will receive a 100% refund.

■Tours canceled 24-48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.

■Tours canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded.

■Cancellation on our part: in case of cancellation due to weather conditions or technical problems customers will be notified by phone. A full refund will be arranged or the booking may be changed to another date.
